-Icons can only fit one full character. If you want an emote with two characters there may be a slight increase in price and characters may only be partially shown (due to size constraints)

-You will need to get this rigged by another artist ! If possible please let the rigger know that I'm your artist and vie versa. Just so that if there's any problems during the rigging process they can contact me if anything

- Price varies based on character design complexity
- Pets and or additional prop pricing is excluded and pricing can be discussed
- Slots for these are different than my regular commissions !
TERMS OF SERVICE
**If you aren’t comfortable with my Terms of Service I may not be the artist for you ! ** (If you have any questions, please reach out through email [email protected])• Payment: must be made in full up front unless otherwise discussed. All commissions require +4% to cover processing fees.
• Refund: I can only refund 100% if I have not yet started on the sketch. 50% if a sketch has been sent. And NO REFUNDS if the artwork has been completed.
• Personal Use: Please feel free to print out the commission or anything you'd like as long as it's for PERSONAL Use only and NOT FOR SALE! (If you'd like a commission that generates money, see my commercial section down below).
• Revisions: You are allowed to request multiple revisions at the time the sketch is given, until you are satisfied with the sketch. After which, major revisions (changes to pose, clothing, etc.) will not be accepted. Once the commission is almost/is completed I will allow for minor adjustments to be made before sending the final file. If you decide that you want big changes (that are not my fault and were not mentioned during the sketching phase) there may be an additional cost to complete the changes
• Commercial Use: In the case this artwork is gaining income for you, the project will be considered commercial. Commercial commissions will typically cost 150% - 300% higher than what you order.
• Deadline: You may request a deadline date but only if it's reasonable. The maximum time it takes for me to finish a commission can vary between 3 weeks - 3 months depending on my current workload. (I typically finish illustrations within 2 weeks or sooner but may vary depending on current workload)
• Rush Order: If you'd like to be safe in receiving your commission by an upcoming deadline, you may request a rush order. This option allows you to have priority against other commissions regardless of date and the price will be 150% - 300% depending on how quickly it needs to be done. This may vary depending on your revision requests as well.
• NSFW Art: Includes nudity but at this time I will not draw any porn (any sex that involves penetration) NSFW pieces will be charged 1.5x the cost of a regular commission
• You are purchasing my services and a digital file. Not a physical print.
• I own the artwork and may repost it to any social (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) but with proper credit
• My commissions are BOTH selective & First Come First Serve
• Clients get an unwatermarked ver. of the artwork purchased. If you decide to post your commission anywhere, I ask that you give credit by tagging me @ bunnysleepover
• Emotes: If it is an emote, I have the right to reuse the base used in your commission in any of my art moving forward
• My art will NOT be used for any NFT projects and will NOT be fed into anything that trains AI
• Do not edit the commission without permission ! (just ask me!)
• You may post the commission to your socials however give proper credit to me.
• I do not draw porn, mecha or overly complex designs/backgrounds. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to ask!
• If you do not respond to update requests for approx. 2 weeks I have the right to terminate the project without refund (depending on how far along)
• Please be aware my art style varies over time as I'm continually improving my craft. Examples may not perfectly reflect the finished product.
• I reserve the right to deny service for any reason.
By commissioning me you agree to these terms and a violation may result in the termination !
